JANUARY

Shepard Coleman Performing Arts Award

The Muddy Water Players Foundation is pleased each year to present the Shepard Coleman Performing Arts Award in our community. The $1,000 award is presented annually to an individual who shows exceptional promise in an area of the performing arts. Applicants need not be students, but must meet certain requirements. Minimum age for applying is 16. We will begin accepting applications in January. The deadline to apply is April 30.
 

AUGUST

The Teen Summer Theatre Workshops are 2 one week sessions of total immersion in all aspects of theatre for ages 13-18. The week culminates in a staged production by the participants Friday evening.  The 2010 sessions run from August 2 to 6 ("Acting Skills and Character Development") and from August 9 to 13 ("Musical Theatre Scene Study"). NOVEMBER

Our Annual Meeting is a chance for us to look back at the past year and announce our season for 2010, while fulfilling our non-profit responsibility to meet and elect our Board of Directors.  In 2010 our meeting will be on Saturday, November 6 at 5:30pm.  That way, you can stay, have a light refreshment, and watch our Fall Finale production of Perfect Wedding.
